Shipping and delivery

Shipping

For any order over 100 CHF, delivery is free.

If the ordered products are available in the stock of our partners, the delivery is usually made within 2 working days following the order.

We use specific carriers for bulky products. The driver may have to contact you by email or by phone to plan the delivery.

For the sending of standard parcels, we use the services of the Swiss Post.

Please note: delivery times are indicative. The majority of orders are delivered on time, unfortunately it is possible that for reasons beyond our control, a package may take longer to arrive at its destination. Power-Tools.ch is not responsible for possible delays in delivery.

Refund in case of late delivery

Our stock is dependent on our suppliers. Therefore, we cannot always guarantee delivery times. We refund customers according to the following conditions:

- Delivery expected in the next 3 weeks: 3% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

- Deliveries expected in more than 3 weeks: 3% administration fee will be deducted from the refund. We offer you a 10% discount voucher to use on your next order.

For ecological reasons, we may deliver your orders in reused cartons. Thank you for your understanding.
