Storage and use of your personal data

We store and use your personal data, including your postal and e-mail address, exclusively for the purpose of processing your orders and possible returns. We only use your e-mail address for information mailings in connection with your order, or if you wish, for sending our newsletter.

Cookie Usage

Visitors to our website use a variety of browsers and computers. To make your visit easier, we automatically record certain information depending on the technology you use. This includes the type of browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera), the operating system (e.g. Windows, Macintosh), and the domain name of your Internet service provider. We also record the total number of visitors to our website as a total value, in order to enable the continuous updating and improvement of our pages. Personal data is not stored in our cookies. The following data is stored by our cookies: the name of our website, the date of your visit, a sequence of characters that uniquely identifies you. 

This data then allows us to see if the majority of our visitors prefer certain features or sections to others. This allows us to keep our website up to date and interesting for the majority of our visitors.

No transfer of personal data

We do not pass on your personal data, including your postal and e-mail address, to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners who require the transfer of data for the processing of the order, such as the post office, DHL, our banks or companies with credit databases. In these cases, the transfer of data is limited to the minimum required.

 

Information, correction, blocking and deletion of personal data

You have the right to request information and to correct, block or delete the stored data. Insofar as the deletion contradicts legal, contractual, commercial or tax law obligations with regard to retention periods or other legally valid reasons, the data cannot be deleted, but only blocked. You can revoke your consent to the use and processing of your data for marketing purposes (newsletters) at any time by sending us a message with your request. Tracking data

In order to improve our offer, we collect so-called "tracking data", which provides us with information about the browsing behavior of users. Such tracking data, e.g. collected by Google Analytics, cannot be used to identify a specific user. It is therefore not possible to identify individuals on the basis of this data.
